UDS391 bolt support drilling rig is an electro-hydraulic single-arm support equipment independently developed by LGMRT, which has high reliability, high efficiency and high safety. Equipped with Sandvik LD30 hydraulic rock drill, it supports multiple support methods such as resin anchors and friction anchors, making it an ideal choice for mechanized anchor support operations. Key features: Efficient operation: 11kW Sandvik LD30 hydraulic rock drill has a maximum torque of 420Nm, a single impact energy of 170J, and excellent hard rock crushing ability; the 1:1 impact-propulsion follow-up function automatically increases the impact pressure in hard rock, prevents drill sticking, and quickly opens holes; it has automatic installation of anchor rods, resin roll delivery module and net hanging module, and efficient roof support. | Reliable and durable: Adopts Sandvik core system components, including THC drill control system; maintenance cycle is 500 impact hours, and piston service life exceeds 5,000 impact hours. | Safety configuration: FOPS certified ceiling and safety pin design to protect against falling rocks. | Easy to operate and maintain: The modular design of the rock drill facilitates maintenance; integrated display of all status parameters; audible and visual alarms to provide timely warning of faults.
